  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In rare cases of high demand, festive rush, or stock unavailability, processing times may extend slightly.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after shipping:

  • Local Deliveries (Within City): 1–3 business days
  • Within State: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Distance and location
  • Courier partner operations
  • Weather, transport delays, or unforeseen events
  • Festive seasons or peak sales periods

3. Delivery Partners

We deliver through trusted and reputable courier partners to ensure:

  • Fast and efficient delivery
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Safe handling of fragile or perishable items

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s portal.
  • If your tracking information is not updating, please allow 12–24 hours for the system to refresh.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make 1–3 delivery attempts based on the service provider.
  • If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for orders returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal at the time of delivery.

6. Packaging & Safety

We pack all items using secure, food-grade packaging to ensure:

  • Freshness is preserved
  • Items arrive in perfect condition
  • No leakage, breakage, or contamination

Fragile items and sweets are packed with additional cushioning where needed.

7. Delivery Address & Contact Details

Customers must provide:

  • Full and correct delivery address
  • Active phone number
  • Valid email address

Spice Chariot is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Unreachable phone numbers
  • Customer not being available at the time of delivery

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Festive season overload
  • Courier partner delays

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

You must inform us within 12 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the package and products
  • Order number and details

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

10. Non-Serviceable Locations

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners:

  • Our team will contact you with alternative options
  • Or we may cancel the order and issue a refund
