5.1. We ship through trusted courier partners and endeavour to deliver within the timelines provided at checkout. However, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs (for international orders), or courier issues.
5.2. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure or additional charges.
5.3. For issues like damaged or wrong products, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with adequate evidence (such as photos), so that we may address your complaint. (Inspired by the reference shipping policy.)

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will process a refund, subject to any applicable transaction/delivery charges. (Vellanki Foods deduct a TDR charge on cancellation.)
6.2. Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellations are not accepted.
6.3. For damaged or incorrect items, you must report the issue within the specified time (e.g., 12 hours after delivery), with photographs and order details to support your claim.
