We offer a wide range of premium-quality Sweets, Namkeen, Millets, Pickles, Spices, Masala Powders, Daily Essentials, and curated Gift Packs inspired by traditional Indian flavours and authentic recipes.

Q2. Are your products fresh and handmade?

Yes. Many of our food items, including sweets, namkeen, pickles, and spice mixes, are prepared in small batches to ensure freshness, taste, and quality.

Q3. Do you use preservatives in your products?

Most of our products are free from artificial preservatives. Only products requiring shelf stability may contain permitted, minimal preservatives, which will be clearly mentioned on the packaging.

Q4. How do I place an order?

Simply browse the products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your purchase using any of our secure payment methods.

Q5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other popular digital payment options supported by our payment gateway.

Q6. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be modified once they are processed. For urgent changes, please contact our support team immediately — modifications may be possible only if the order has not been packed.

• Within state: 2–5 business days
• Pan India: 3–7 business days

Q9. Do you deliver worldwide?

International shipping may be introduced soon. Currently, we deliver across India. (You can adjust this based on your actual shipping capability.)

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order if they are not yet processed or packed. After processing or dispatch, cancellations are not accepted.

Q11. Can I return food items?

For hygiene and safety reasons, food products such as Sweets, Namkeen, Pickles, and Masala Powders cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect items were delivered.

Q12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please inform us within 12 hours of delivery along with photos and your order number. We will verify and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Q13. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for valid cancellations or approved issues will be processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
