- Within City / Local Deliveries: 1–3 business days
- Within State: 2–5 business days
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

5. Packaging & Freshness

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make 1–3 delivery attempts depending on the service provider.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or doorstep refusal, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your address, pincode, and contact number are accurate.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses
- Additional charges due to re-delivery
- Orders returned due to address errors
8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If you receive:
- Damaged items
- Wrong products
- Missing products in your package
You must report the issue to us within 12 hours of delivery along with:
- Clear photos of the package and products
- Order number and details
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Non-Deliverable Locations
Some remote areas or regions may be non-serviceable by our courier partners.
If your location is not deliverable, our team will contact you for alternate delivery options or cancel/refund the order.

Spice Chariot is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Logistics disruptions
- Festivals and peak seasons
- Courier partner issues
We always strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee transit timelines under such circumstances.

- Customs charges, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
