1. No Returns on Food Items

As per food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on consumable products once delivered. This includes all food categories such as:

  • Spices & Masalas
  • Pickles
  • Sweets
  • Namkeen
  • Millets
  • Daily Essentials
  • Gift Packs

This helps us maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards for all customers.

2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, spoiled, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Kindly share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

Once verified, we will provide:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund to your original mode of payment

3. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photo of the package received

We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

4. Cancellation Eligibility for Refund

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
Orders already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days.
  • Time taken to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank/payment provider.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failed

Refunds will not be issued if:
